Yes. A description, sketch, reference or rough brief can start the conversation. We will discuss what needs clarifying and whether factory sampling or specialist design support is the right next step.

Do you provide product design or engineering?

We coordinate product changes and sample revisions with factories. Where original industrial design or engineering is needed, we help find independent specialists and coordinate their involvement. The scope and costs are discussed before that work starts.

Can you help with an existing product or supplier?

Yes. Tell us whether you need a new factory, improved packaging, sample revisions or clearer communication. We will discuss the support that fits your situation.

Do you only work with crystal and packaging?

Those are our specialist strengths. We also have factory connections across home and living, creative products, games and tabletop, and pet accessories. We assess each enquiry for fit and focus on non-electronic consumer products.

What quantities, budget or timeline do I need?

These depend on the product, materials, customisation and factory. Share an estimate if you have one. If you are unsure, say so—we can discuss the information needed to explore practical options.

What happens after I get in touch?
